I Want To Save The World But I Am Not Sure How
2001

    description:
'I Want To Save The World But I Am Not Sure How' starts as a performance which involves changing water into wine using grape concentrate, yeast and sugar. After a three month process the wine was bottled and labelled with the front label reading, 'I Want To Save The World But I Am Not Sure How' in eight major languages.

  The back label reads:
"Since nothing here can guarantee
a tomorrow, make your lovesick
heart happy now in the light of
the moon, by drinking this wine: for
this star will search for us tomorrow
and will see us no more".

The exhibition involved presenting and drinking the wine. The night was documented by people taking photographs of one another using disposible cameras.
